- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Bulk/wholesale orders may require additional processing time; customers will be notified in advance.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- South India: 2–4 business days
- Other States: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Non-metro locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Festivals or public holidays
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products, order values, or promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email containing the tracking ID and courier link.
- You can track your shipment in real time via the tracking page.
6. Packaging & Safety
All products are packed in fresh, sealed, hygienic, food-grade packaging.
Fragile packs (like glass honey jars) are double-packed for safe transportation.
7. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
- If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the package may return to us.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
- Refunds will be provided only after deducting shipping costs (if applicable).
8. Incorrect Address
Royal Cashew is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Wrong pincode
- Incomplete contact details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Take clear photos/videos as proof.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of attempted delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement based on verification.
