4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location (typically 2–7 business days).

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

We follow a strict quality and hygiene policy.
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligible for return/replacement:

Damaged product
Wrong item received
Package tampered or opened at delivery time (must be reported immediately with proof)

Not eligible for return:

Opened/used products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Taste, size, or appearance differences that do not affect product quality
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
In case of cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

All pricing is listed in INR.
We try to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occur sometimes.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or update the order with prior notification.
