At Royal Cashew, we ensure every product is packed with care and delivered fresh.
Because our items are food products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if the product meets one of the following conditions:
✔ Damaged Product
If the item is damaged during transit.
✔ Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
✔ Tampered / Opened Package on Delivery
If the outer packaging is torn or tampered with at the time of delivery (must be reported immediately).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- As we sell perishable food products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items exposed to heat/moisture after receipt
- Taste, size, color, or shape variations that do not affect product quality
- Wrong orders placed by the customer
3. Return Request Timeline
- To be eligible for return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photo/video proof of the issue is required (outer packaging + product).
- Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- If the return request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued as bank transfer/UPI refund after verification.
Refund is issued only for:
- Eligible damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
- Returned product received back in acceptable condition
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement if the product is in stock.
Replacement will be shipped after the issue is verified.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange pickup at no cost.
- If the return is due to incorrect address or customer-related issues, pickup charges may apply.
8. Bulk Orders / Wholesale Orders
Bulk, wholesale, or corporate orders are not eligible for refunds unless damaged in transit with proof.
